Nicely done!
It's fun seeing others replicating props I originally made.
The brass lever was a snap hook that I trimmed into shape.
The body was a modified casting of a T-rex tooth.

I'm an artist for Star Wars and I built the original prop you've based your replica on.
It's seen in the Jedi vs. Sith The Essential Guide to the Force and Star Wars Encyclopedia. The first is a digital painting and the second is a photo of the actual prop.
Very cool!
BTW, Chris I let my 7yo. nephew look at my copy of The Essential Guide to the Force to show him this saber. He loves Rancors and he went nuts when I told him a character made a lightsaber out of a tooth. :lol So I think I'm going to make a small one for him to play with.

Its probably stupid asking this but any chane you would sell this or could you tell me how you made it and what you used to it?
I know this is long dead, But would you be able to remember where you got the tooth? I had the same plan, but finding just the right one is difficult.
