Pretty basic costume from what I have seen from the action figures, so thought I would throw the costume together for opening weekend. Here's the 3D model of the goggles and mouth piece I made. They will sit on a generic face shell that @kenlandrum made, over a morphsuit mask. Will be using lenses by @Risu to light up the goggles.

Re: The Screenslaver - Incredibles 2

Went back and reworked the model for better accuracy, 3D printed and primed and added the pictures to the original post. Ready for paint! More to come!

Re: The Screenslaver - Incredibles 2 (Complete test fitting 6/14 for premiere!)

Faceshell is painted black. Mouthpiece and goggles have been primed and attach to the faceshell with magnets. Few things left to do!

All pieces are finished! Bit of a time crunch because of an unexpected trip out of town, but everything is in place. The goggles and mouthpiece are 3D printed, finished and mounted to the faceshell by magnets. The goggles strap is laser cut foam that has been plasti-dipped. The hood is a morphsuit mask that has a cowl that was attached by Spooky Panda Costumes. Lenses were supplied by Risu. Ready for the premiere tonight!

I'm really glad you were able to sort or your LED issue. It looks great.

Re: The Screenslaver - Incredibles 2 (6/14 test fitting for premiere!)

Had to grab some new strips, but all good. Thanks again! :)

Re: The Screenslaver - Incredibles 2 (6/14 test fitting for premiere!)

After seeing the movie, it's obvious that the concept art was WAY wrong. The Screenslaver wears a dark grey pullover and black shoes in the movie. In addition I'll be making the "cattle prod" that he uses as a weapon. Should have the updates done by the end of the month.

Re: The Screenslaver - Incredibles 2 (6/14 test fitting for premiere!)

Was thinking of a way to do the "prod" that he uses to attack Elast-Girl (it's in a trailer, so it's not a spoiler). While cleaning up, I found this camp roaster tool in a drawer. I took a handle cover off a set of unused workout bands we had laying around, Plasti-Dipped it and slipped it over the handle. To cover the sharp ends of the tong, I modeled and 3D printed a shroud to go over it. Battery pack and LEDs are on the way to give the fork a flickering red effect!

This is great! I'd be in for castings of the goggles and mouthpiece if you ever decided to do a run.

I'm wrapping up my "complete" costume this week with any luck and will shortly after be offering the 3D files up for others to make their own masks. Check out my Facebook page for updates! www.facebook.com/chaksproductions
