Silent Running - Valley Forge Cargo Module Logos

I'm tracking down all the logos used on the cargo modules from Silent Running. The film was made using studio money and donated services and materials (in exchange for brand placement in the film).

Some I've tracked with the help of the film credits, and others through lots of screencaps. Many of these companies have either changed their logos since the early '70s, went out of business or got absorbed into another company.

Here's the 18 I've identified so far.

This is the credits listing at the end of the film.

And here are the ones that have eluded me. Naturally I'm looking to match fonts and colors, but some are too blurry to even make out.

That __stron __fic might be "Celestron Pacific," a telescope mfr:

Yep, that it is! Now that I see it, I can't not read as anything but, even when blurred.

The font is Lydian Bold.

Looks like CONCORD are the folks that provided all the video monitors on the bridge and such.

I could not do an exact match on the font, but it is only a few letters so I built them.

I think the letters are rounded slightly on the top and bottoms. the R looks like it has a slight point at the bottom.

Good eye. If this is true, they had two different type faces. I used a PDF of one of their manuals as my guide. No round corners or the spur on the bottom of the 'R'.

A few weeks ago labeled a bunch of computers I have with starship names, in the fonts used to letter the ships. One of then was the Valley Forge.
The font used for the side of the ship appears to be Arial Black, but the L's has shorter bottoms, and the G is slightly different, so I modified Arial Black to make it closer.

It does appear the G may be a little more round on the side of the ship than mine.
If you can Identify the original font, I would appreciate it!

Futura, or something like it. The R and G are noticeably different from Arial Black.

I am pretty sure the font is Futura Bold. You might check with Lee Stringer. He made decals for his Valley Forge Close-up panel build.

Futura was a hot font in the '70s. I think there is a bunch used in 2001 and Alien.

Yes. Futura Extra Bold does indeed appear to be it.

Typeset In the Future was what inspired me to do this project. I wish there were more of them!
The keyboard for the Auto-destruct system in Alien was fascinating!

So the round orange star one, kinda looks like this? I count 26 points in the star and it looks like an 'S' and an 'F' in the middle. Any idea what that might be?

I was guessing that was "SP" for "Scientific Products." I have no way of knowing if my assumption is correct, however.

"Scientific Products" is such a generic name that Google Image Searches are worthless. Even the US Patent & Trademark Office was not very informative. There's either 5 results, none of which are correct, or 500...

The Spacelabs, Inc. one, may be connected to Spacelabs Medical. They had a medical telemetry connection with NASA in the late '60s. I've sent an email to ask about logos from around that time.
