Just as they did for the 20th anniversary, PF Flyers have introduced a limited edition pair of shoes to celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Sandlot. These are more screen accurate than the previous pair, with only the "PF" on the logo. The last issue had the word "Flyers" below the "PF" (which didn't appear on the screen worn pair).
They've also introduced a collaboration with New Balance to produce a version with cleats if you really want to take your Benny The Jet dreams to the field.

I actually plopped down a decent chunk of change last year to get a pair of deadstock 20th anniversary PF Flyers. Now I'm the fence of which pair I'm gonna wear to the anniversary screenings this summer. The 20th anniversary pair are harder to get now but not as accurate, while the newer ones are easy to get and are screen accurate.
