Gaiatron's Iron Man MKXLVI Full Suit Commission Build

Sharing you guys and gals my newest full suit commission build for a friend: a MKXLVI full suit from the upcoming movie Captain America: Civil War. Will update this post every time i finish a part so thank you for viewing my build thread again. The files that were used on this build came from Jiho Jung and you can purchase this awesome file at this link.

Before that, here are my Civil War helmet set commission that was shipped last monday consisting of Ant-man MKII, Iron Man MK46, War Machine MKIII and Black Panther.



And now for my build. Day 1 was the making of the Neck guard and all new helmet.


Day 2 was the constructing of the chest and finished it in 2 hours.

Back part is finally finished. Next one will be either shoulders or ab part.

No update for today but i'm showing off some finished work re MK46 and WMMKIII helmets

Finished on both shoulders. Will tackle the lower torso tomorrow.

Forearms and palms done in pairs.

upper torso finally done. All that's left to tackle are thighs, shin, boots, fingers and a new helmet.

Biceps finally done thus concludes the upper torso. All that's left now are the thighs, shins and boots.

@collinE83 - elastomeric sealant and i was hanging it to dry because i washed the whole suit with water due to it being dusty

90% done on my MK46 commission build. Trying to get everything done before the 3rd week of the month. Will sand the excess glue crystals tomorrow.

Hey Gaiatron, how to get rid of excess hot glue it ruined my suit plus can I use plastidip?
