Very Nice I plan on building one myself after i finish a keyblade for a friend. What did you use to shape the blade?

It´s core is white foam, over it some fiberglass and after 2mm plastics sheets.

But when molded it will be only a fiberglass sword to reduce weight.

We will probably do a small run of this
