Here's mine: a recently found photo of my '77 phaser:

All CARDBOARD except for the metal emitter nozzle which was purchased from a vendor at a con in '76. Stuffed with Elmer's glue-soaked tissues & painted with acrylics. I *really* wish I'd never sold it at that next con.

A little too small in diameter in front, but it wowed me back in the day...
