YELLOW superhero BOOTS - help

Right now I'm working on a secret costume for next year's Dragon*Con. I'm looking for info on where can I find ($30-$60 range) YELLOW superhero boots, more like the BATMAN classic shape (peak on the front).

Not just that, but also looking for BROWN spandex overpants (like Superman or Batman... but BROWN), no belt loops. All and/or any info will be really appreciated.
