Nice, gonna look at some Rogue's from the past.

I've found some rather perfect boots which are overknee and have the slits. They're black but I'll have to paint them yellow. Not so much of a problem. I'll look on.

Besides, for the sake of accurateness, the boots must have no heel, or almost no heel. Which is more comfortable on cons aswell.

If you're going for that particular look, I'd say do a boot cover, because paint has a tendency to wear off.

And I forsake comfort for fabulous sometimes LOL . I'd do a flat, but I prefer a heel! Alot of her comic drawings show her in various heel heights, so it's typically up to your own opinion and feelings.

That's true. A heel does enhance the sleek look of course. But if I look at the episodes of the series, I see just a slight heel. Which, for me, is perfect. I can walk on heels, but I hate it. Especially a whole day on cons :lol

I think I'll go into town today to just take a look at what they have. And see what fits me best. Before I order stuff. (I have no money so that's not so much of a problem :lol )

I realised I never really posted pics of me in the suit. These photo's are REALLY old now. But still quite fun. Obviously other projects have taken the stage, but this one is not neglected. (none of my projects are)

Yes, I had forgotten to take my leather jacket with me, so we used a temporary one. For that day, Rogue was part of the Ghostbusters :lol

Boots are still to come. One day.

Suit looks good, I think you should stick with that leather jacket but either take it to a Taylor's or do some alterations to it yourself. All it needs is the sleeves shortened, the body shortened (which will require a new zip) and the colour lightened IMO. Changing the colour of leather is easy enough, just look on YouTube for a tutorial. How good is your sewing? I prefer the look of the gogo boots (you can always add extra material for them to go over your knees. I think leather gloves would look better as well.

I'm thinking of buying actual rogue patterns for the jacket. Boots, belt, gloves...all will need replacement. But like said; the project is on hold, but not neglected. Nobell Gundam is a priority now, especially now I entered a cosplay fashion show with it..
