Fellow RPF member, Seeker built up this helmet for the TK Project which is a charity event for the Make A Wish Foundation. The 501st Stormtooper Legion invited Honorary Members, Friends Of the Legion and a few 501st troopers to create one of a kind Stormtrooper helmets. Seeker's is a tribute to the Tuskegee Airmen of WWII. I have seen a number of helmets from the TK Project but for me, this one takes the cake! I would LOVE to see an entire suit made to match!

That is awesome!
I don't usually like TK helmets that are painted/decorated to look like other items but this one is very well done.

I agree, I'm not usually one for the modded helmets either but I do like this one. It'd be an interesting design idea to adapt to a TIE Pilot considering the subject of the tribute.

Holy Gadzooks, Batman! Beautiful execution on many levels, especially since all star wars stuff came from WWII surplus.

WOW !! that is amazing bro !!! Definitely one of the best helmets for the MAW foundation !

Yeah, that's a very cool design, beyond a simple mod and looks like from it's own legitimate universe. Great job all round, Seeker.

Thanks guys. Just a reminder that these helmets will be auctioned off on Sunday at Celebration 5.

Very cool project.
I really like the face piece inside.
Will it be painted in realistic skin tones with glass eyes added?

I thought of that at first, but it's really hard to tell whats going on in there. it would have been alot of work for nothing.

so i kept it simple. :D

As a WWII buff, I absolutely LOVE it. If I wasn't broke I'd bid on it.

Propologist, as a member of Civil Air Patrol I've met a few of the Tuskegee Airmen that are members as well. Sadly, not as many are alive as there used to be.
