Wrist Blade Thickness

Question regarding wrist blades: I've seen some excellent templates on here for blades. I've made some printouts, done some cardboard test fittings to determine proper length, but is the normal WIDTH of the blades? I'm guessing somewhere between 1/8" and 1/4" thick (3mm-6mm), but that is just a guess. Any input?

Ok, could someone measure their blades and let me know what width they are?

i would say 1/4 would be your best bet...

anything thinner, and the blades look flimsy....

I actually cut up a yard stick for my daughter's wridtblades & they seem to work well

Yeah, I had to submit the stuff yesterday to get the blades cut, so I went ahead and told them 1/4". Anywhere between 1/4 and 1/8 would probably work, but I based off the best guesses I could make, plus what I had gleaned from some mockups I did, I figured the thicker blades would look better.
