I purchased the Ion Cannon from Dreams Scale Model Collection that was supposed to come with a plaque signed by Dennis Muren.
IMP Walker Ink was going to have the plaques signed and ship out the plaques to USA and Canada customers, with the rest sent out to Dreams Scale Model Collection.
So I rightfully made some inquires to Hector. X Cruz from IMP Walker Ink in a post.

My post gets deleted. I then post on one of his posts inquiring why my question post got deleted? See screen shot (2).
This is his professional response via DM, which at first I was avoiding since Admins flooded in DMs don’t respond. But seems he sure did respond. Screen shot (3 & 4)
Then suspends my ability to post in his Facebook group till Sep 10th.
This is customer service at its finest.
Glad I never ordered anything from these guys.
If you want plaques go to AM Custom plaques, Ariel is EXCELLENT when it comes to customer service and has been getting all of my business for last 2 years.
I don’t know why IMP Walker Ink was chosen to deliver my plaque with this kind of shady customer service.
Just wanted to share my experience with others.
