I am a huge fan of Fincher's work. I was disappointed by the first film departing from everything with the exception of zombies from the book, this is hopeful for a far better film.

Hopefully the sequel will depart from the first film in actually being good. Having Fincher at the helm is a huge step in the right direction. I'm a little suprised he would do it considering his experience with studio sequels doing Alien 3.

A little departure from topic, but the audio book version of the book is EXCELLENT. They got different voice actors to narrate the different autobiographical portions of the novel. Perfection.

Ditto, but it would need to be a mini series on a top premium channel, HBO, or hell....Id even be happy with Netflix at this point.

For SURE. It's WAY too much story for a single film.

The one I bought on Amazon doesn't say unabridged or abridged on it, but it's missing some of the stories from the book.
