I already made the note from scratch, the logo i made myself as i too couldnt find the original source. pm me and i can send you a copy if you like

I have some logo's I made for ID cards and business cards which sent to some cosplayers who visited Wayne Manor, If I get time I'll see if I kept hard copies!
