So I just have to call them up, ask for the Wolverine movie jacket with gold stripes, and in my size. Sounds simple enough, anythinge else I should know before I place my order? (besides expecting to wait a while to get my jacket)

I would try to give them info on your body type....tummy? athletically built? borad shoulders small waist? etc....just some general parameters. Also, ask them what leather they are using....i like the lighter weight leather for this rather than the original one they made which were like armor.

I know it will probably be "broken-in" over time so it may not be as much of an issue down the road. And if I do decide to go with the lighter leather, what is it? Lambskin? They will send you a kit with leather swatches for you to choose. Yes, the leather is very thick. I tried talking on the phone with a Vanson jacket on, and the thick leather was crushing my inner elbow from holding the phone to my ear. I asked about a thinner leather, they had no alternative.
They suggested rolling up the jacket in a ball and putting it under the mattress to break into it.
I haven't seen the MI9 leather itself. They keep saying it is a "special leather." We will see.

LOL, guys guys....the pattern is not even finished never mind pricing, sizes or leather pics etc...this is not going to be an overnite process....this is going to take a while if it is done right...but there is at least some forward motion and that is something to smile about.
