Wolf Predator Stapler

Hi folks

My new project is to use 3 modeling and 3D printing to create nice Predator Props.
Our first try will be with the Wolf predatror Stapler as seen in AVP Requiem

What program do you use to create 3d files?, that file looks amazing btw

It is sculpted in 3DS max and will be print on 3D printer (plastic print on plaster matrix)

oh, alright, it was medicle equpment. looks great. so i guess they did not use that 3D printer in Jurasic Park 3, huh?

May I ask which parts gave you the most trouble 3D printing out of or do you know if there were any complications in the process?
