Wolf and Uratz inspired suit (WIP)

Hello.

Here is my "wolf"suit.
As the Wolf character is my favorite, I've started to make his suit. But I wanted to personalize it in order to give him a unique design.
All the parts are painted by hands with acrylic paints ( I still don't have an airbrush).

- feet and neck ring are from Dakkath.
- Bio is the cheap "bottle nose" bio you can find on Ebay. I have a Pete Mander's mask and bio but still need to paint them.
- Necklace was found on Ebay
- Skin was made from muscle shirt found on Ebay and lycra pants. I use the Mac Gyver tutorial for it.
- All armor parts were sculpted by me with yellow plastiline and the molds were made in plaster. I cast the parts with hot glue as I can't find good latex on my island.
Hot glue is cheap, strong, lighter than resin but heavier than latex.

As I said on an other topic, I took pictures during sculpting process with my cellular phone. But I can't find the cable to transfer them on my computer. So I will post them later.

You can see one of the "dragon heart" designed by Uratz. I scuplted it as I think he's scuplted his other concept. Uratz, I hope you don't mind about it ! I love all your concepts ! Also the chest part was inspired by yours.
I don't expect to sell some cast of it. So this is the only one I casted and it is on my suit.

The suit is not finished yet. I have to make gauntlets, to paint my hands and feet. I also need to make a cannon arm.
I expect to buy the new Ghoul Hunter shalf gauntlets from Uratz as soon as I could spare some money for them.

Yes it is the glue sticks you use in a glue gun. You have the glue sticks melt down in a old pan and put the liquid hot glue in your plaster mold. Be carefull, you have to oil your mold with a brush before doing that.

I don't think I've ever seen hot glue props that big. Those turned out incredible.

Yes hot glue is a soft but enought strong material (stronger than latex), so the parts keep their shape very well. I use standard glue sticks.
All depend of the thickness of the armor part. With about 1 cm of thickness you have good results.

Some minor updates.

I made the cannon arm and painted it.



I also painted my Pete Mander's bio and add silver lens on it. I fixed a Don Jarr trilasers on it too.


I don't find this bio really accurate but I bought the mask + bio for less than $170 on Ebay one year ago, so I think it was a good deal.
I hope I could buy later a wolf bio from Usurper. It is so far, the best wolf bio in my opinion.
