So... Time to show of this WIP on my heavily GCS inspired Jaina saber, as its realy close to someone else design this one will never be for sale and I do it for myslef and myslelf only.
I use the main body provided by someone else and some of the original electronic as the base.
For now I already upgraded it with a Nano V3 by Plecter Labs (placed on a custom made delrin chassis) wired to fully drive the 3Cree BBR (to get the 3A needed) wired for full power without FOC, it make an awesome blueish purple.
I of course kept the Solo's Hold awesome cell, the 3Cree and the AV switch. The recharge port was fine but I prefer switchcraft one so I changed it. I aldo re drilled/milled and tap the front holes those will be needed to secure the gold ring, metric system was needed here.
Oh and some repolish work.
The next upgrades will be an awesome KR sabers bladeplug (already in the mail^^) and my version of the gold emiter ring (3D printed metal, 2 parts, GOTH?^^) with the thumscrew for blade retention. It will not be a copy of the GSC Jaina but I had to mention the fact I didnt came with the original design.
