Winter Soldier (from the new series): Identify his jacket hardware?

New series comes out this week! Can anyone identify any of the hardware on the jacket? Those buckles are something else, angled and I'm pretty sure with some knurling. I assume they're from some fancy specific source, or else custom made (less likely but possible).

I was messaging the etsy shop "The Foam Cave" (Full size easy to use superhero cosplay patterns by TheFoamCave) and he said he was modeling and 3D printing them as a commission. I'm still waiting to hear back if he's going to sell the stl files

How do you all plan on doing the arm?
