As you may know, they are using GE Starcode or 3-5954A Walkie Talkies for the show. I am more than willing to model the parts to convert it, but before that, I have to open the ones I scored. So far, I removed 3 screws, but It seems there is a plastic lock? I don't want to broke them. If you had opened, and wants to share the method, I will really apreciate.

I already source some parts and there are some guys that created the sticker/label for the front.

You saved my life. I saw those side clips, or something that appears to be like a clip, but wasn't sure. Did you just pushed them right?
 
This is so far what I see. A panel, with a 1mm border and 1mm tall, with 5mm holes to install the LEDs. 11mm between each LEDs.

Rail done. Which is great cause will give the foundation for the functional slider button. Back sticker "was printed" on FDM, but will be a separated part to print over paper. Just using it as guide. Will create a template to drill the holes.
