Willard Scott passes away at 87

Today show Weatherman and Washington D.C. Legend Willard Scott has passed away.

For Washingtonians, he was our local Weatherman on NBC 4 untill he was tapped for the Today Show.

He was also our Bozo The Clown and The Man who created the Ronald Mcdonald character for Mcdonalds.

He was the first “Zany” Weatherman and would do anything for a laugh including flipping his toupee and dressing up like Carmen Miranda

The world is a little sadder and quieter now......
