Will real Broomhandle Mauser Locking block fit into an MGC replica?

I have an MGC Mauser but is missing is the locking block.

- Can a real Mauser Locking block be modified to fit the MGC?

- Or Does anyone have a spare fMGC locking block or sale?

I think the question here is do you have access to a vintage Mauser locking block because from what I have heard they are the Achilles heel of the C-96 design and I'm wondering if someone didn't boost yours in a most inadvisable attempt to repair their's...
