Why did Solo bomb at box office? Discuss...

I am curious as to why did Solo: A Star Wars Story fail or Bomb at the box office?

1. Was it Fan boycott or backlash for The Last Jedi or Lucasfilm/Disney itself? Or

2. Was it Star Wars burnout since film was released too close to The Last Jedi?

3. Was it the Movie itself: plot, acting, director, behind the scenes issues...?

4. Or was it some Other reason?

Discuss...

If you have not seen it or will not see it at box office, please explain why?
