Other than that, I'd say Dean. But should we give him all the credit? It was kinda a team effort between him, Sam, and Castiel. Actually it was more of Sam's doing, it was his willpower that allowed him to over take Lucifer to jump into the prison. Just saying...

As much as it pains me to admit... I can't go with Dean on this one.

Constantine has the win on this, although I am pretty sure Dean is the only person in existence to head shot Lucifer, even if it didn't work out too well.
