I've been doing my own research into this kit, and references are pretty slim, but I'll share what I know.
Cowl/Torso/Gloves/Boots- There are couple of REALLY solid makers out there that folks in the know are running with. Keith Hernandez is the one I went with for the cowl, and it's no kidding like walking off the set with a piece of film history, just beautiful. Try here

For the torso I'm looking at UD Replicas believe it or not. It's not 100% accurate, but pretty close and it's actual molded leather, etc. I owned their Snake Eyes suit years ago and it was excellent construction, so I'm going to pull the trigger. Same goes for the boots and gloves, again not 100% accurate, but real close and can take a beating or two.
Goggles-https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00U2OAOK0?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details, screen accurate, just need the weathering.
Pants- A whole lot of options for combat pants depending on accuracy. The closest I've seen off the shelf are the Han Wild combat pants. Most others have the elastic type fabric panel above the knee or have a rounded panel behind the kneepad itself. The Han Wilds are without the elastic panel and the knee panel is squared off similar to the movie, but to date this issue has been finding an OD or sage color.
Scarf- Unknown, looks like a raw silk, but who knows.
Jacket-Again unknown, but there are a ton of sellers out there, But only a few that captured the detail, especially those on the back. Try Dark Matter Props on Etsy
Again, not an expert on the costume by any means but hope it helps.
