Who can print decals?

If I were to send a scanned image file, does anyone here print decals?

If you can scan the decals, couldn't you have them printed at a Kinko's (or similar copy shop that has both ALPS printers and computers on the premises)? All you'd need to do is provide the computer file and the decal paper, no?

I bought a kit at Hobby Lobby, but haven't tried anything with it yet. The CD software is so-so--you can't do much unless you buy a "better" version (the software is a "trial" disk) :rolleyes
