who can make prop newspapers?

ive got a prop newspaper i want to get made.... i'll write the fictional stories, and ive got a file of the picture for the paper... all i need is someone who can make the headlines, and put in the pic and the text in the right places, in a high enough res so it'll look good printed out... its all text, no logos or anything.... if anyone can help, please post here or PM me.
