White vs Yellow Parchment

I am trying to recreate the Marauder's Map.

Will White parchment work as well as Yellow for this? Can it be weathered and aged to look like the map or is Yellow Parchment a better bet?

I ask, because I have found white in the size needed, but cannot find yellow in the correct size.

Maybe someone has a source for parchment at least 18" x 72" ?

Just use white.

I'd use white as well. If you want it can easily be yellowed.
