Where to get affordable materials

Hey guys, its me again. Been workin on some projects, old projects actually. I might need some nsb medium clay and some latex but "Monster Makers" is a bit expensive. I moved to Southern California for college in illustration but still do sculpture. Any references to places nearby? Im really short on cash so ideas suggestions and such will be great
