Where to buy EVA foam?

I've tried using the search, but I just find pages of projects. I'm planning to make an iron man suit for Halloween (like so many others here!) but I am trying to find the best place to buy the foam.

From what I've seen, 1/4" (or 6mm) is the most popular size to use. 1/2" is easier to find, but I don't know if it works as well with the available pep files.

I'm in the USA. I've found sears has a good sized roll for not too much (46x93 for $20-25). Are there better places to look? Camping sleeping mats, flooring supplies, anything like that?

If your ever in need of the 1/2" variety you should try and find a Harbor Freight. They sell it for 10 bucks pack there.

If you search on ebay for seller: wandy foam, then look for the 6mm foam sheets, that stuff is quality!! Especially the light tan, it's much easier to see where you're cutting! Joann.com also has many sales and coupons, search for their 10 paks of 6mm foam, it's darice foamies, also worked very well for me. Hobby Lobby.com also has some, try to catch it on sale if you can.

You probably want at least 6mm foam for the majority of the build, but wandy also has 4mm which is helpful. I ended up using 2, 3, 4 and 6mm throughout the build so far.
