Where do I get a foam novelty helmet made?

Like the "Cheese heads"? My buddy Gene just had a stroke of genius that could set us up for life!

I've already found the manufacturer of the official foam cheesehead hats, but they don't look like they take commissions.

Does anyone know a place that would make something like that for 2.00 -3.00 per item in quantity?
