I'm afraid your probably not going to have much success finding a real looking Predator for $200.
You can probably find an OK one for $2000

I real nice one for $3500-$4000

A real budget one off the rack for $100

Well you can start with this and then later on start upgrading. Few members here have flipped this costume and made it pretty decent looking..

ebay: Item number: 120613666826

If the "real looking predator costume" you are referring too are, for example, the ones in the SDCC videos, then that will cost you anywhere from $1500 and up to over $3000.

You could still build a good predator suit on a $200 budget.

The suit that was brought up before:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/MENS-HALLOWEEN-PREDATOR-ADULT-COSTUME-/360393266041?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item53e91cd379

With shipping it comes to $111.

It doesn't have "feet" or "predators boots", but I've seen other members use these:
http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=monster+feet&hl=en&safe=off&prmd=imvns&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.,cf.osb&biw=1348&bih=632&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=4492483665542486136&sa=X&ei=TN2LTqLUHuLr0gHEuc3lBA&ved=0CHoQ8wIwAA#scoring=p

Best price is $33.00. Total so far is $144.00 and you basically have all your components of a pred suit. The color of feet should match the base color of the pred suit on ebay. Since you are $50+ under budget, you could add miscl. items to your suit like "netting", which really makes a pred suit too. It may not be on the "newer" predators, but this is "your" suit. You could also find small skulls or bones at a local Halloween store and make trophies or a bone necklace. These would add a good effect to your suit too.

For only three and a half weeks before Halloween and $50 dollars under budget, that's not too bad of a suit. Plus, like Ice said, you can always upgrade the suit later.

Good luck!
