Where can I get a bunch of Rubies Classic Phasers for cheap?

Already many places are marking down their Halloween crap to half off. I'd like to do a static display of the "Galileo 7" tray-o-phasers, but have a limited budget. Any place to buy the crazy day glo phasers for cheap so I can repaint seven of em on the cheap? Ultimately prefer retail since I can wander in and clean em out. Spirit Halloween stores had nothing online, nor did Wal-Mart.
