whats the correct dimensions of luke rotj saber?

i'm getting a luke rotj lightsaber machined to fit electronics in and want exact measurements. i've found some plans here:

but they make the saber 29cm long, which seems too long. i have a replica (non official) and it measures 27cm and looks spot on. just wondering what are the exact measurements? does anyone have any plans? (in inches preferably)

hiya, i found these ones you linked to on this site:

to be the best, i've edited the sizes slightly though by comparing them against my replica (which was based on the MR saber). i've got them nearly done, but now i've got to convert all the measurements into inches as the guy i'm going to get it made by doesnt work in mm! i've also got to edit the measurements anyway to make the neck slightly thicker to accommodate the electronics and blade
