What would fit my body and character the most?

Oi there new friends!

I'm a rather tall guy and really care that I fit a character spot on!
The problem is that I'm 6 ft. 4 and look rather characteristic. I thought about doing heath ledgers "the joker" since I can do the voice extremely well and like the character since I work as a magician AND just like evil masterminds whom are screwed up. Next one I considered is Johnny depps "Mad Hatter" since I love johnny depp and all his characters! Again mad hatter is... yeah well mad ^_^... Last but not least people want me to do Jayce from league of legends since they think I look sorta like him body wise and it's league of legends...
I've linked to a picture of my face and body so you get how I look. I'm pretty fit with a rather good upper boddy; and I'm tall :// which I don't like for most characters.

its a rather simple idea , but i think youed look perfet as "Jack Frost" add some dark blue eyeliner ,and lipstick with silver highlights and little gems to add an icey look and feel. hope that helps.

I see Spike from Buffy/Angel or Barry Allen/Flash from Arrow/The Flash (You kinda look like Grant Gustin, I think).

That's all I've got, unless something else strikes me later.
 
Upon viewing your picture I immediately thought you'd make a good Flash and with the new "Flash" tv series coming out I'm sure people at whatever Con you are going to will love it.

Although you could make a nice "V", Green Arrow, or with decent make-up you could be a Gandalf.

These suggestions are all so cool! Keep it coming ! I thought about doing the flash. His persona and story just seems kinda meh to me. I prefer villains; masterminds.
 
you could always buck tradidition and be the worlds biggest oompa loompa <huskyvoice> "I'm Bat-Loompa" </huskyvoice>, SuperYoda! (he might have has a taller cousin... did we ever see another of his species? maybe he was a midget and lived in the swamp to avoid the taunts of the regular Yodas), AquaJawa?, ok thats stupid, don't do Aquajawa.
 
If it's villains you are looking for there's:
Dr. Doom, Vader, The Silver Surfer, Comic book version of Sabertooth, Captain Cold(I think you could do well with this one), you could always be Zoom (he's basically just an evil Flash), Brainiac, Heatwave, Catman, Mirror Master, Deadshot, Deathstroke, Owen Mercer (Might be a good one for you), Dwarfstar, Trickster (could also be a good one for you), the Mad Hatter from the Batman comics (could be a nice way to tie in your love for Johnny Depp's portrayal and that of a comic), Alex Luthor, Warp, Captain Nazi (maybe a bit too out there for you), Black Beetle, Black Adam, Riddler, Joker, Two-face, Neron, Prankster...Black Mask, Starro

That's all of the DC ones I can think of off the top of my head that you could do..if you're looking for villains specifically.

However back on the topic of heroes you could be "Aquaman" as well...I think knowing your skill level and preferences on costumes would help us pick the right one for you a whole lot easier.

Do you like helmets?
Do you know how to make a helmet?
Are you making your costume and whatever props you need to have with it?
Are you just going to buy all your stuff? If so what's your budget look like?
Do you like more realistic looking cosplay or more comicy?
Are you looking for a villain you can connect to or simply one you would look accurate as?
Do you want to go as a villain from comics, tv shows, movies, and/or books?
What is the checklist you are using to find the perfect cosplay? Is it just in your head? If you took a few minutes and just sat and thought about it we could better instruct you on choosing the perfect villain.

Just some things to consider or we can just keep throwing names at you and see what sticks haha
 
You have a similar body structure to Arkham Asylum's Joker...you could also pass for any of the New Series Doctors from Doctor Who.
 
I agree with the attack on titan character also my first impression was jack frost from that Disney movie lol or maybe the celtic knight from the original yugioh series...
Sure if you got a blonde wig you could do a very convincing elf warrior because of your features like legolas or haldier?
 
I'm pretty darn creative and have great resources and tools to access. Pretty much gonna work from the 22nd of may (today) until the 17'th june. Every day... I don't have anything to do in this period of time. Should give me around 12 hours a day. So I have around 300 hours to put into it. The most appealing characters so far

I thought about doing Erwind smith but there are just no one I know who watches attack on titan. I'm doing this for dreamhack so I'm kinda unsure of how many would know him; or jack frost. I've never even seen jack frost or heard anyone talk about it. Wasn't very popular in my country (denmark) apparently. I'd never miss a disney movie.

I'm pretty good at sewing which is why characters like mad hatter and the joker are ideal since most of their stuff are cool clothing. Getting craftfoam shouldn't be a problem either if needed.

The thing is. If I do something I go all in. I practiced the jokers voice for months since I thought I was gonna do him and nailed heath ledgers rendition of the joker's voice PERFECTLY. I can also do a beasty mad hatter impression. They'd just blow people away.

I'm scared that something like erwin or jack frost would be kinda "meh" characters.
Flash is cool as well. Will just be VERY expensive to access his new suit style material compared to joker or hatter.
 
If you're really ambitious, you appear the have a frame that could pull off any character Doug Jones played: Silver Surfer, Abe Sapien, etc.
Scarecrow and Ragdoll come to mind.
You could go as Colin Furze, cos-playing Wolverine:

But, that might get a bit dangerous.
 
Uhh scarecrow could be really cool! Unfortunately I don't think I look anything like the doctor who characters which is a big part of that cosplay. haha ye colin furze is kewl :D So is wolverine wish I looked bad ass like that ^^
 
If you were a little bigger you'd make a great Captain America or Cyclops.

With your height, and your slim build, you could pull off The Flash really well.
 
Yeah Thranduil could be really cool! He's just soo not my character :'/
The flash seems to be suggested a lot. You guys really think he's that cool of a character?
