There was a made for tv movie in the 80s about Ascites. (Fluid build up in the tummy.)
It was about a woman who had it but everyone thought she was pregnant. Set in the 17 or 1800s it was about one of the first surgeries into the abdomen to remove the fluid and how the medical profession at the time thought surgery into the tummy was impossible to preform successfully.
Any idea?
