what kinda of paint to use for a latex suit top

Hi guys what kinda of paint should I use to paint a latex suit top.not sure will be the first time I try doing this.any help will be awesome thanks.

if it is latex, why not paint with Rubber Cement Paints? nothing makes a stronger bond with latex
