What kind of Stormtrooper armor is this???

A friend of mine asked me about ths. The assembled pictue and the armor pieces are clearly not the same. I'm trying to tell him its knockoff armor, but someone else thinks it looks "pretty good".

What do you think?

it looks like a recast to me also , its not a defined set of armor. but i could be wrong, but it does look like a soft pull.....

I don't think its a meatsock, it has the AP style exaggerated left eye hump. Real soft pull too. When are people going to figure out you can't pull ABS with a shop vac?

what if its a supercharged shop vac?? Seriously, mine runs on ethanol...lol

I was going to say a GF recast. But seriously, judging from the Quality that my TE suit was (SUPER CRAPPY) this suit really doesn't look all to bad...but keep in mind you have an ESB helmet pictured with a Sandtrooper ab plate...

All the pictures are takin on the same carpet, so I'm not seeing this as a con auction, but it does seem to be recast suit of some kind.

I'm sticking with a GF2 recast.The back plate is has the same ROTJ tells,the arms are the same (duplicated) and the sniper knee plate,all the same as a GF2.The GF2 dome is slightly tapered,more 'pointed' than on an original and that's how I tell them from all the other helmets.

I'm not a mod but I know that NHM is right about that.

There's no way that's a meatsock. It's been messed around with too much.

Totally agree, someone has either ripped of an old GF, or a new AP.

The lid is particularly nasty looking.
