What is this Vader model?

Cleaning through years of Star Wars collecting and found this Vader Model. Kind of a snap together thing. It looks as if something is supposed to go through his chest and hook to the inside. I think I remember the head being connected and you could move it. Not sure though. Who made it? What's it worth? Is it rare? Anyone have answers? It's only 12 inches high.

There was a string you would pull that would make his head nod and would make the "breathing" noise.

Reminds me of a Rasping Vader I had as a kid. I think as his head moved he made a cheesy sound that was supposed to be his breathing. Not sure if thats it or not.

The last one of those I saw for sale was a few weeks back on Ebay...

However, that one was still sealed in it's original box and sold for $45..

A loose one would be worth much, much less.... probs no more than $10-$15 IMHO..

Don't worry, I'm sure one will show up on ebay as being an 'original vader prototype' for a few grand. :lol
