What is the best way to fix holes and smooth out a latex mask

I recently purchased a latex mask and when it arrived I noticed a few small holes around the base of it, and the face was ....well rough as you can see in the pics. Trying to fix it and was wondering if anyone had a suggestion.

It's not a cheap route to take, but it will get the best results for you.
