They moved it to the questions section because the announcements area where you would expect to find announcements is open to guests to view.

i can't see why there is banning any more, banned members simply waltz back in when ever they choose and are doing this on a regular bases.

perhaps we should call it the inconvenience log

closed registration is the way forward......
