So, has anyone seen or had any trace of Matsucorp recently? It seems possible to write to him over facebook again, but have not seen any activity for a while.

After discovering this thread sometime ago, I had little hope I’d get my broken HCG Pulse Rifle and repair parts back since I sent it to Matty in August 2022.
However, keeping in contact with him on and off ever since then has finally paid dividends. Lots of excuses & broken promises have come and gone, and all I could do was keep my calm demeanor & continue to reach out to him. Late last week, I somehow convinced him to box up my stuff and I sent him a FedEx label to return it all to me.
To my shock and amazement, everything arrived today. It’s not fixed, which I expected, but at least I have it all back in hand. No money was exchanged, btw.
I’m putting this out there to give others some hope that maybe he’s turning the page. At least he has for me.

So, after 2 more months I reached out to Matt again. Got a response. I don't know what's happening in his personal life, but he's out of his house apparently and living in his shop now? He also said he's gotten a new job and is working in "shipping and receiving and I'm also being trained on the CNC router."
He claims he's going to get my stuff boxed up. I'm not waiting on him to build me anything, just box it up. But I've heard that many times before over the last 7 years soooo...

I can confirm he told me he moved out of his house, too. I don't know where he is living now. Last response I got was June 5th with pictures of tornado damage that just missed his building.
He said power and 'net were out for like 20 days.
Tried reaching out between June 26th, 29th and July 8th. No response. Just about ready to take
days off and drive down there. And unlike most of the rest of you, all I need is stuff that doesn't
even need to be cast/built/painted, just parts I sent him yeeeears ago and need returned.

What forum did you manage to get ahold of him at? I tried E-mail, Facebook instagram but no response.
Rook, if you are contemplating heading there, I would potentially like to ask you a favor, as I am stuck in Europe.
Phone text messages. We used to talk regularly years ago before the downward spiral happened.
If he owes you product like a pulse rifle, or something else big, I'm 95% sure he doesn't
have it on hand, even in parts form.
Far as I know he still has his molds and masters, but that's all I know.
On the PR subject... last... year (?) he said he was talking about
selling all the Pulse Rifle stuff to another maker to produce, but I haven't heard any
more on that front. I have a friend who sent their Matsuo rifle back to him years ago
to replace the dead shot counter display and they still don't have it back either.
I know he's had a bad run of job/personal/family issues, but communication helps a lot.
I bet there would even be people willing to help out on prop production but he
never even asks.
IF I decide to finally do it and drive down there (It's like an 18 hour drive for me, one way)
I'll speak up.
It's been crickets for me now for multiple months despite repeated attempts on all his channels. Not that I should expect much after 8+ years.
Rook, if you drive down there let me know. I'm fantasized about buying a ticket myself. I know I'd burn a lot more than the 1'300 originally spent in 2017 doing so, but it's the principal.
Some guy on FB is trying to rally a group to take him to court, but I've stayed out of it. So far.
My [unfounded] suspicion is that any parts or props [of his own making or sent to him by customers] he did have, have long been sold on, in some sort of horrible robbing Peter to pay Paul spiral ...
