What costumes are you working on?

Only really got started on costuming end of last year so all I managed to complete was my Sub Zero and buddies Scorpion mortal kombat 9 costume... But now i've been totally bitten by the bug I've planned at least 4 this year....

Scorpion - Mortal Kombat 9 Edition

WIP.

Hellspawn - (Not gonna call this SPAWN as I'm planning a hybrid of the movie/comic book styles) This will hopefully be a latex bodysuit/cowl and will definitely include the cape!
Green Lantern - My own custom lantern mostly finished just need a bit of final paint work and to finish the face mask off most of the armour is leather face mask will hopefully be latex as I'm planning to spirit gum it
Iron Man - MK4 Foam/Fiberglass hybrid
War Machine - Mostly Foam/Fiberglass hybrid as above hopefully
Sith Acolyte - Pure drawing board atm but hoping to be ABS plastic armour

Want to do....

Guyver - Tops my list of wants atm but I'm not feeling ready to tackle this beast yet so probably that'll wait till next year

Currently trying to not pitch a hissy fit at handsewing fiddly braid to my Elissa dress from Phantom of the Opera. It is blingtastic but one of the few costumes where more is more. So I get to put more and more on... sigh.

Also finally not going around the bend trying to cast Nyreen masks from latex that doesn't cure properly. Once cured it's great but it won't cure the way it needs to.



And later in the year Madame Vastra so I can be a full on nerd in Victorian dress at the only major public events here which are sci-fi centris Silurian mask making! I can't wait!

Just started on a Dr Fate costume. This will be my first attempt at making one.

Currently working on my first foam build. Making a set of Mass Effect N7 armor with a yellowish paint scheme. Going to make it an Engineer build with an omni-tool as well. Repurposing a Nerf rifle and an old PS1 Guncon for use as sci-if weapons.

Still waiting to get my Sherlock coat in the mail, but in the meantime I found a scarf that has a goid color and length.
Also decided to cut my hair and go for a wig.
The wig pictured is the "Benny" from Arda wigs.
They are currently out of stock on the natural black color so I purchased dark brown and colored it using the ink and alcohol method.
I think it turned out nicely and beats having to keep my hair long:

Currently working on a Thane Krios costume, which is taking up a lot of time and effort. But it's something I want to do right.
I've started collecting bits for my Rick O'connell costume but I'm waiting for Todd's costumes to come out with their Rick boots, which will be soon hopefully.
I'm also working on a revamp of my Indy costume.

I'm also working on a Daryl from Walking Dead costume for myself, but for cross-dress cosplay (Lady Daryl, as I like to call her).

Additionally, working on a Loki in his opera house costume for myself, which mainly means finding a good but affordable fabric printer for that scarf pattern and making the cane version of his scepter, and assisting a friend by making a full-size Loki scepter that I will begin work on soon.

Essentially, cross-dressing a lot. Which has never been a big costuming theme for me prior to this year. Hm.

Any suggestions on fabric printing are appreciated. I want something silky/satiny so that it will have the same flow to it as the scarf in the movie. The ones I've seen sold on Etsy are all made from a cotton fabric, and are too stiff.
