at a glance, I'm thinking it's pretty clearly a replica, but would need to do some comparing to screenshots and refs to be sure it's not an original mold cast or some such.

IIRC, the original Snootles was on display in the Magic of Myth Tour.

It looks like it was cast yesterday rather than nearly 30 years ago. I wouldn't expect a functional foam rubber puppet to hold up that well.

it looks good, but I'd say not screen used. Hard to tell from just that photo though.
