With some spare time, a kitchen knife and some biro pens I made some modifications to the wesco sonic screwdrievr torch. I chopped some pens up and used it for the clear tube/rod thingy. I used some yellow rolled up paper for the frost/wires and finally cut the head off of the torch. the torch interestingly, had an LED holder similar to some of the props and was easy to take out. This left a hole through the centre when removed allowing me to insert and fix the tube to the head (I used a pen nib guard thingy and very hastily glued it to the head)
