Hi, I have been looking for a Webley for a few months, and last year I stumbled upon this one:

The Armory - Webley Revolver

I e-mailed them back in December, no reply. I tried again in January since I thought they were simply too busy to answer around the holidays... no reply. Tried e-mailing them again in February and March, no reply what so ever.

Does anyone know if they're open for business or what?? :facepalm :confused
Also is there any other places to buy one? I live in Sweden so ordering anything from the UK is a no can do, and almost every place in the US won't do international shipping :(

This model looks like a Webley Mk IV .38/200 Service Revolver. If perhaps you're looking for something other than doing a costume for Captain Jack Harkness or Sky Captain, the model you may be expecting it to be is a .445 (Indiana jones, Jake Cutter), which is considerably larger than the .38/200.

There's nothing wrong with having the .38/200. I just thought you may need a heads up, since I could have used such information some time ago.

Looks like a Denix replica. If so, it is indeed the Mk IV .38.
The Denix Webley is available in Sweden. Germany is also a good country to order replicas from. If you're looking for a high-end replica, both Marushin and Tanaka make Enfield and Webley revolvers, they look very nice and go bang, at that :)
Why do you think that ordering from the UK a no can do? I'm in Sweden too and do all kinds of shopping from there.

They have a phone number listed, have you tried calling it?

Did you read the part where I wrote that I live in Sweden? :facepalm

That was indeed the model I expected. The Webley green... from Last Crusade. Very good to know, thanks!

Because whenever I've read posts made by people in the UK they always mention the extreme difficulties importing/exporting guns(movie/game replicas).
Fantastic link, haven't been to that particular website before! :) Bra pris oxo.
The Webley Mk 4 will have to do I guess. There really don't seem to be a Mk 6, oh well.

Dude! Sweden is a leading nation in mobile phones and these days, calling the USA doesn't cost 15-20sek per minute like it used to (more like 1-2). ;) (Of course, that's assuming you're comfortable speaking english over the phone.)

Anyway... the UK these days has some pretty extreme laws that take some work to get around but luckily, Sweden is (knock wood) still free from replica importation madness. We can import any weapon REPLICA with little difficulty. The only replicas that might be an issue are certain "green gas" airsofts (there's a RISK of confiscation due to poor wording in the weapons law, even though you can buy them openly here) and blank-firing weapons that use actual brass rounds and not plastic caps. There CAN be an issue when EXPORTING certain replicas due to the idiocy of the Swedish (and sometimes Danish) post office because they sometimes stop completely legal packages from being loaded onto transport planes. The "rule" there is that when exporting a (metal) replica gun you need to CLEARLY mark all over the outside of the package that it is a replica that cannot fire since the PO (apparently) is not allowed to open the package for inspection.

If you need any tips from a fellow Swede about this stuff, drop me a msg.

Oh, and the revolver pictured does indeed seem to be the Denix Webley, readily available here... at Hobbex for one. I DO recall that Marushin or Marui did either a Webley or an Enfield replica a while back... not sure if you can get it any longer though.

Ah, yes. There was a bit of shipping hassle from the UK initially when the VCR Act was implemented. For us overseas people, things have become a bit easier, thanks to courier companies.

In case you're interested in high-end replicas, these guys are great to deal with. And they ship to Sweden, I've ordered stuff from them without any problems. Klockrena grabbar.

No problem cause thankfully I don't sound like our "beloved" politicians... :facepalm

Shame most of their stuff is sold, and the website isn't all that user friendly :(
