The Warner Bros Studio cowls and batarang were limited to 200 each. They had 2 of each in the Burbank store and the remaining online.
The packaging indicates Not For Sale. For promotional use only.

Just stumbled across this post. I got two directly from Burbank. I'm guessing you seen the Batman display promoting the movie?
