No replies to numerous emails no item and no money back!!!

the listing right below the one that you left negative feedback, its the same thing, but they reached a mutual withdraw about the item, after paypal complaint filed. burn them good and I hope you get your money back soon.

No shipping issues, and I paid 2 days after close of auction! Like I said BS!

Here is the one and only message recieved from them (4/30/2007).

Hey, you should be completed. We did have a delay. Ended up with 2 e-11 bodies that had cast voids in the handle that werent seen originally becasue of curing. Unfortunately it was yours and some guys from LV at the time. Let me get back to you in the next 24 hours. Dont sweat it, we will take care of you. You will get a mint e11. Thanks, Bill 818-612-xxxx

The only reason I even ordered from this guy in the first place was that the item was "ready to ship" - total BS!

I missed the Paypal complaint window by 8 hours! So I have no recourse with them. I have contacted ebay and will see if they can do anything.

That's a bit harsh Eagle, I have feedback on eBay of Feedback Score: 1950 Positive Feedback: 99.5% Members who left a positive: 1959 Members who left a negative: 9 All positive Feedback: 5505
The negs are from people who have tried to rip me off when it comes to postage and a couple of unhelpful sods, 1 out of every 611 transactions have gone bad. Would you deal with me?

However that's off topic and I hope WannaB can get something sorted.

Aren't they members? Or am I just confusing the term Hyperfirm for a member?

That's a pretty high standard. I have been 100% good with my sales, but a couple of jerks deadbeat me, etc. and they do the retaliatory neg. feedback leaving me with a 99.7% or something like that for pos. feedback.

You need to keep in mind that everyone who sells hyperfirm blasters isn't necessarily a representative of Sci-fire. They may have gotten it from me to sell but that doesn't mean that I am asking them to be the point of contact for Sci-fire. They may have asked for a favor (ie. cash) and I obliged. At that point, they are individuals selling the blasters. You should ask them before purchasing whether or not it is from Sci-fire also. There are others that are not and are not made from hyperfirm but similar lesser materials.

If you go to www.sci-fire.com and click on the contact button. The email still comes to me directly. I may forward it to Slavefive but I read every single one first. As of right now, the only people who are contacts for Sci-fire are myself, Slavefive and Slave1pilot. I appreciate the support and understanding.

I'm glad you posted this as misunderstandings can go haywire with names being so prevalent in re-selling items.

I see your point though - there are a lot of deadbeats around. If I'm in doubt, I enter a quite lengthy email dialogue to suss them out.

It's unfortunate that the OP has been scammed this way and I hope he gets his money back.

if I'm not mistaken , you can leave follow-up feedback in response to his reply. Just state your case, short and sweet, something like: "paid in FULL in 2 days, lied about shipping, FRAUD!"

The fraud thing always gets 'em, plus its true so ebay can't do a thing about removing the feedback (which they will do sometimes)...

These guys have changed their tune..
I've purchased from them in the past and got my E-11 without any problems..
But then it was a few years back..

If they said they had a problem with the E-11..did they let you about it and did you get the chance to respond back?

If they sent you a messed up E-11 you'd be unhappy..and since in reading the email it's taking them longer to get yours out to you and your unhappy..

It may be a lack of common email skills but do you think they really were out to rip you off?
