Warhammer 40k terminator

Hi guys,
This is my finished build of an apothecary Terminator from the game Spacehulk Deathwing. This has been a year and a half in the making and I've had a blast making it. The suit is EVA foam,3d printed bits and all manner of hardware and scrounged goodies. He's about 98% done, I have a few hoses to connect from some of his gear to the back of the arms and from the plasma vials on his hips to the back of his waist.

The last 1 shows the added on stand and weapon. He stands 7'7" at the top of all his gear. All the lights are simple LED's w/9v batteries and the same for the EL screens in his arm. The drill bit on the end of the Narthecium actually spins and I have a touch pad in the fingertip to run it from a closed fist. This suit is wearable and I've had it on. If you guys have any ?s or comments, I'd love to hear them. Thanx for looking!

By the Emperor !!!!! This looks absolutely brilliant !!!! Fantastic job sir and of my favourite chapter no less. Can't wait to see photos of you wearing it.

Thanx! I appreciate it. To get this suit on I'll need a couple of servitors to help! It has to go on in pieces. The upper body is the biggest problem.

Here's a couple WIP pics of his weapon

The pistol is about 22" long and about 14" tall. I used 2" thick urethane foam, mattboard and Eva foam for the base structure. The lion's head was 3d printed and bondo'ed into the hand grip. The magazine was made from scrap filament spools. For as big as it is, it weighs maybe 3-4lbs. I have quite a few other weapons made in anybody's interested. Thanx for looking.

Thanx for the kind words. There are things I'll do different on the next 1, but I'm happy with how this armor turned out. Start a thread and post some of your work, I'm sure people would like to see it

Here are some pics of the 1st thing that I made before I started on the armor

It's made of all different sizes of card board tube, urethane foam, Luan, a broomstick and heavy card stock. I think there's a chunk of a hockey stick too. The barrels spin free but not motorized. It's just under 53" long LOL. I tried to keep it as light as possible, but it's a tad front heavy from the grip position. I've taken this thing to a couple hobby stores and a crowd gathers kinda quick!

Here's another from the armory. This is a chaplains weapon called Crozius Arcanum. It brings religion to the heathens Lol. It's made of foam, Luan, electrical PVC pipe, 3d printed bits and a couch foot.

This measures 44" long and 19" wide, weighing in at 4- 4 1/2lbs. Now this is not an apothecary's weapon, but I had to make it just out of pure cool factor. Maybe there's a chaplains suit waiting to get made. Enjoy
Small update pic. I had a purity ribbon that I was waiting for. Here it is

Holy Shnikes! You're blowing my mind, here. Love it all, nice work!
Thanx for the reply. The scale of these weapons in the lore is over the top redicculous as is everything else. To try and do them justice is a balancing act between accuracy and real world "can I lift it". That's the fun!

Amazing work! Making over the top weapons is great fun, one of my favourite builds was a gatling assault rifle from Borderlands 2.
Yeah, it's a blast. I have 3 more melee weapons finished that need paint. Am also working on a "storm shield" atm. And have plans for 2 more, I just have build them. Not enough hours in the day or enough arms. I need Dr. Octo's help Lol

The axe is about 40" long, the shield and mace about 48" and the powered katana about 60". All electrical. PVC and foam with various 3d printed pommels and handle trim. Here's 1 more of the back side of the shield atm

This is just excellent! I love the paintjob, it's subtle and gives a nice realistic flare to the suit. I've always liked 40K things that look a bit more "real" than the minis themselves. All those weapons look great too. Do you have any photos of the backpack of the suit or the backside in general?

P.S. Since you seem to like terminators, maybe you'll like this piece I made some time ago: Warhammer 40K Terminator Cross-Section by PenUser on DeviantArt

That drawing was you? I have this stashed in a reference pic folder, haha. Here's some of the back of the torso and the waist with armor plate

Hope you like. I forgot to add, the 4 ports above the rear armor plate are where the hoses from the plasma containers on his hip armor plug into. I have the hoses, but need to get some more fittings. Also, on the belt buckle you can see a bent wire rod. This is for interchangeable buckles with adornments. I think I've got 4 versions.

This last 1 has a long tabard that starts at his neck on the left side. It drapes across his chest and gets tucked behind the buckle and hangs down a little past his knees. This has yet to be made, but should be pretty cool when it's finished. I have sketches and some ref. pics but no materials yet
