Suggestion Visual Indicator of Subscribed Threads

The board already shows which threads we have responded to (the little arrow on the image beside each thread). Would it be possible to get a similar visual representation of threads we have subscribed (and will get an email notification with new responses in the morning, if that's the option we chose)? It would make it easier to find new threads to read while browsing, since a lot of threads have very similar titles (and if I've subscribed to a thread it probably means I would also be interested in similar ones).
